This Privacy Policy describes how the Sprig mobile application ("Sprig", "the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use it. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

The App is a grocery-shopping experience. To provide its features, the App may ask you to provide the following information during sign-up and checkout:

Arrange and track grocery delivery to your chosen address;
Operate, maintain, and improve the App's functionality.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

3. Data Storage

Information you enter is used to operate the App's features. The current version of the App stores the data needed to run your session and does not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:

With service providers that help operate core functions (for example, delivery fulfillment), strictly to perform those services;
When required by law, such as to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or valid government request;
To protect rights and safety, where necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or harm.

5. Third-Party Services

The App is built with React Native and standard open-source libraries. It does not embed third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. If third-party processors are added in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Deletion

To request deletion of your account and any associated personal data, email inquiry@probeyservices.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process verified requests within 30 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this same location with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy.
